Quick answer
If a Stake withdrawal shows as completed but has not arrived, find the transaction ID, look it up on the blockchain explorer, and compare the network and address with your receiving wallet. Most cases are a wrong network, a deposit delay on the receiving platform, or a missing memo or tag. If the explorer shows no transaction, contact support with the details.

How to Trace a Missing Withdrawal

  • Check the status. Look at your withdrawal history. If it is still pending, read withdrawal pending.
  • Get the transaction ID from the withdrawal details.
  • Look it up on the explorer for that coin. Check it is confirmed and sent to the address you expected.
  • Compare the address and network with the wallet you meant to use, character by character.
  • Check the receiving side. Exchanges can take time to credit, have minimums, and may need a memo or tag.
  • Wait for confirmations. Some networks need several before the funds show.
Have a transaction ID and cannot tell what it means? Send it to us (never your seed phrase or password) and we will help you read it.

FAQ

My withdrawal says completed but I have not received it. What now?

Take the transaction ID and look it up on the relevant blockchain explorer. If it shows confirmed to your address, the funds have arrived at that address. If your wallet or exchange does not show them, the problem is on the receiving side.

I sent it on the wrong network. Can I get it back?

Often not. Funds sent on a network the destination does not support can be lost. Contact support and the receiving platform quickly, but do not expect a guarantee.

Where do I find the transaction ID?

In your withdrawal history in your Stake wallet, once the transaction has been broadcast. If there is none, the withdrawal may still be pending.

Is this the same as a pending withdrawal?

No. Pending means Stake has not sent it yet. Not received means it was sent or marked as sent but you cannot see it. See the pending guide for the first case.
