FAQ
Why can't I log in to Stake?
Usual causes: a wrong password or email, an expired or out-of-sync 2FA code, a temporary lock after failed attempts, a browser problem, or being on a fake site.
Should I keep trying my password?
No. Repeated failed attempts can trigger a temporary lock. Stop, wait, then reset your password using the official link.
My 2FA code is rejected. Why?
Most often the phone clock is out of sync. Set date and time to automatic and try a fresh code. If you lost the device, see the 2FA recovery guide.
Is the login page I am on genuine?
Check the domain carefully and use your own bookmark. Never log in through a link someone sent you.
Message us on Telegram and describe what you are seeing. We will point you to the right guide or the right next step. We never ask for your password, 2FA codes or recovery details.
